Hi, my name is Susan. I am the founder of Studio Sorella. I have dreamed of opening my own barre fitness studio since I first started teaching barre more than 13 years ago. Over the years I learned that fitness is about much more than movement. It is about connection, confidence, and creating a space where people feel supported while pushing themselves to grow stronger.
I created Studio Sorella to bring a barre based strength studio to Middletown. I wanted a place where women could challenge themselves, move to the music, and leave class feeling stronger than when they walked in.
