our signature classes

barre power

Heated & Non-Heated

This is not a traditional barre class. Barre Power is a faster paced, strength focused workout designed to challenge your entire body.

This barre based class combines small, controlled movements with strength training, core work, and endurance intervals to deeply fatigue muscles and build lasting strength.

Expect upbeat music and high repetition movements that push muscles to their limit.

Light, medium, and heavy weights are used to progressively build strength and endurance.

All movements are completely modifiable so beginners can feel comfortable while experienced clients can continue to push themselves.

You will leave sweaty, challenged, and stronger every time.

come ready to move & feel your best

barre control

Doable at every stage of life.

Barre Control is a low-impact, full-body workout built on intentional, controlled movement and deep muscle engagement.

Using the barre and a range of weights (always optional), you’ll push through precise exercises and longer holds that work muscles to fatigue while building strength, balance, and stability.

Expect great music, a slower pace than our Barre Power format, a strong focus on form and control, and the option to move to the beat.

Challenging yet fully modifiable and designed for every stage, this class meets you where you are and pushes you further, leaving you feeling worked, strong, and accomplished.

membership agreement & studio policies

your first class at studio sorella
  • Listen to your body. Every workout can be adjusted to meet you where you are that day.

  • Don’t worry about what the person next to you is doing. Focus on your own progress and experience.

  • Take breaks whenever you need to. It is not normal to do this workout without taking breaks.

  • It’s completely normal to feel a little lost during your first class. Most people need a few classes before the movements and format start to click.

  • The more consistently you come back, the more your mind and body will learn the movements and build that mind-muscle connection.

  • For best results, we recommend attending class 3 times per week or more.

  • Every class is designed to work for every energy level. Some days you may push harder, and other days you may slow things down, use lighter weights, or skip equipment altogether.

  • Showing up consistently matters more than being perfect.

  • Modifications are always welcome and encouraged.
